Conver 2 HR Solutions ensure a very strict recruitment process as per the guidelines of our Business Partners and commits the highest level of excellence, quality and adherence to standards. Following is a brief summary of the whole recruitment process:


  • We seek manpower demand from our existing Business Partners or new ones. We keep an eye on newly opened positions and job openings in the market and within the existing Business Partner networks in order to have the opportunity and the pleasure to serve them at Conver 2 HR Solutions.
  • Once demand is received along with desired recruitment standards and time frame. We will register the demand letter with the concerned authorities and obtain all required permissions and documentation to carry out the recruitment procedure in the proper and legal way.
  • After obtaining the required registrations and permissions from the authorities, we match the requirements with our extensive database and CV bank to shortlist most suited candidates.
  • We also use multiple channels to attract new candidates and CVs for available positions to find the best match as per the requirements at hand. This database enrichment is a continuous process and keeps our records fresh and up to date for effective hiring and efficient service standards.
  • The details of the shortlisted candidates are then sent to our Business Partner for further review and shortlisting (if required).
  • The shortlisted candidates are invited for a test/interview with the Business Partner's representative using phone, email, fax and postal letter. Then the selection process begins (facilities for technical skills' testing are available and reserved upon request).
  •  Drafting the final lists of selected candidates based on Business Partner's confirmation and decisions/guidelines. Sharing the final list with the Business Partner and obtaining signed copies for record and further processing.
  • Conver 2 HR Solutions will guide the selected candidates and assist them in completing the required paperwork and in completing the processes for obtaining a visa from the embassy or high commission.
  • Candidates will be asked to sign the Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) after successful completion of the selection process and other required paperwork.
  • Once all has been completed, we shall send the report to the employer and get the visa processed.
  • Conver 2 HR Solutions will apply for the Protector of Immigrants on the behalf of the candidates, make the travel arrangements for the selected candidates and send them to their successful futures.
